Terms of Service

By accessing or using PropFill (the "Service"), operated by Blonlab Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

PropFill is an AI-powered proposal generator. Users upload template files (DOCX, PPTX) along with RFP documents and company materials. Our AI generates proposal content using multiple strategic frameworks ("Win Themes") while preserving the original template layout and formatting. The Service produces filled documents available for preview and download.

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

The Service offers the following plans:

• Free Trial — 1 proposal per account. Uses Haiku 4.5 AI model. DOCX output only. Up to 10 sections.
• Starter ($19) — Per proposal. Uses Sonnet 4.6 AI model. DOCX output. Up to 30 sections.
• Professional ($29) — Per proposal. Uses Sonnet 4.6 AI model. DOCX + PPTX output. Up to 30 sections.
• Credit Pack ($199) — 10 proposals. Uses Sonnet 4.6 AI model. DOCX + PPTX output. Valid for 3 months from purchase date.

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record, which handles billing, tax collection, and payment processing on our behalf. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's terms and conditions.

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes are calculated by Paddle at checkout based on your location.

Purchases are issued as tickets. Each ticket entitles you to generate one proposal. Tickets are consumed when your proposal generation is completed (all theme previews are ready). You may purchase multiple tickets and use them one at a time.

Credit Pack tickets expire 3 months after purchase. Unused expired tickets cannot be refunded or extended.

The Free Trial is limited to one per account and cannot be transferred.

Your Content. You retain all ownership rights to the documents, templates, and materials you upload. We do not claim ownership of your content. Uploaded files are processed solely for generating your requested output and are not used for training AI models.

Generated Content. The AI-generated text inserted into your templates is provided as a tool for your use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and finalizing all generated content before submission to any third party.

Our Service. The Service, its original content (excluding user-uploaded materials), features, and functionality are owned by Blonlab Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Uploaded documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. We retain uploaded files and generated outputs for 14 days after creation to enable previews and re-downloads, after which they are permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Purchase history is available in your Settings page for the last 12 months.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights
• Submit documents containing malware or harmful code
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Circumvent any access controls or usage limits
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the Free Trial
• Resell access to the Service without written authorization

Content generated by the Service is produced by artificial intelligence and should be treated as a draft. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content for any specific purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before use. The Service does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blonlab Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
