Refund Policy

1. Overview
PropFill operates on a ticket-based system. When you purchase a ticket (Starter, Professional, or Credit Pack), it entitles you to generate one proposal. This refund policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
2. Refund Eligibility
Unused tickets are eligible for a full refund. A ticket is considered "unused" if it has not been consumed by a completed proposal generation.

3. Credit Pack Partial Refunds
If you purchased a Credit Pack (10 tickets) and have used some but not all tickets, we will refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis. For example, if you used 3 of 10 tickets, you are eligible for a refund of 7 tickets' value.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@propfill.co with your account email and the transaction details. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
5. Refund Processing
All refunds are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Once approved, refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:
- Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchases and refund requests)
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Chargebacks filed without first contacting our support team
